All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The exchange rate is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies (official middle RSD exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, formed on 12.04.2022. is 117.75 (EUR).The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same currency at the exchange rate used by card organisations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, so the complete payment process is performed on the ChipCard website. Payment card data are not available to our system at any given moment.
Refund policy:
In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or full amount, regardless of the reason for return, (Fa&rAway DOO) is obliged to return only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.
When using bank transfers, please make sure to cover all banks` service fees at your own account. Payments above are net to our bank accounts.
